Clinical herbalists are trained in the therapeutic support of plants to support the body’s innate healing capacity. This work weaves formal education in a clinical setting with traditional wisdom and modalities to address the full picture of a person. Naturally, our growth and healing comes in ebbs and flows. As we implement new changes, we may experience road bumps along the way or need to try something different that works better for our lifestyle and body. Working together for a period of time not only allows for accountability, but also allows both of us to get to know each other better, and to understand a story that began long before we met. Through this, we are able to make long lasting change, give time for integration, and give you the support you need.
